Fall is here! Saturday was the official first day of Fall, and this morning I woke up shivering in a 50 degree house, so yeah… it’s here to stay, I think. Now we have until Dec. 21 to enjoy it before the cold winter comes! I’m totally in the Fall spirit now that I’ve made my annual Fall pumpkin cornbread and veggie soup AND seeing all your amazing Fall inspired drawings! I loved hearing about all the different traditions and memories around Fall and am excited to start my early hibernation cuddled up in warm blankets with a hot cuppa coffee!
Thanks for sharing your Fall spirit with all of us! 😀

Congratulations, Ina! I loved seeing your vision of Fall in Norway through your art this week! It’s so interesting that many elements are the same as here in the US—oranges and browns, foxes, leaves, and rain. And I love that you drew little mushroom creatures too—I especially adore the tall, skinny, wavy ones! I’ve heard that the US is a mycrophobic culture (aka: scared of mushrooms), and Scandinavian/Baltic/Eastern Europe countries are all mycrophilic cultures (aka: love mushrooms!). I actually really love mushrooms, and am fascinated by them, so I’m so happy to see you include them in your Norwegian version of Fall! And of course, awesome job drawing all seven days!
As this week’s winner, Nikki will receive a brand new, custom Might Could sketchbook!
